The bicycle was delivered within 5 days. The bike itself was easy to assemble using a video. If you fully charge both batteries, you can easily cover a 200 km radius! My brake disc on the front wheel arrived bent due to shipping, so I contacted the store for a possible replacement. And this was resolved immediately! 10/10 store!!! If I need a second bike, I will order from here again!

Can I ride smoothly without power?
Yes. It feels like a traditional bicycle when the power is off.
What certifications does it have?
EN15194, UN38.3 and MSDS. The battery meets EU standards.
Are the batteries safe?
Our batteries come with UL/CE certifications, so you can use them safely every day. Just keep them away from open flames or dangerous areas. The battery and accessories are water-resistant, but for safety it’s better to avoid using them in heavy rain.
Which factors affect the riding range?
Riding range is influenced by assist mode, terrain, wind conditions, temperature, surface type, traffic stops, rider's weight, load, tyre pressure, etc.

Can I return the e-bike if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. You can return the e-bike to the location provided by our after-sales team. Refunds are issued as long as the e-bike is returned within 14 days of purchase, unused, and in its original packaging.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
If the return is due to a product defect, we cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
